You can book a showroom appointment easily through our website. You can also reach us by phone, by email or on WhatsApp. We prefer to work by appointment, so that one of our Space Saving Architects has enough time to go through your space and your wishes with you in person.

You can see our space-saving furniture and the various materials and finishes in our showrooms. Our contact page has an up-to-date list of locations and lets you book an appointment straight away.

Is a first introductory conversation without obligation?

Yes. In a first conversation we listen to what you want and look at which space-saving solution best suits your house, apartment or studio. If you can, do send us a floor plan, dimensions and a few photos beforehand.

What is it best to bring along to an appointment?

Bring a floor plan, photos and the dimensions of the room if you can. Give some thought beforehand to the functions you want to combine — sleeping, working, storage, seating or eating. That way we can give you focused advice in the meeting itself.

Do you offer a professional survey at home?

Yes. A Nurban Space expert can visit you to measure the space precisely and think through the layout, the technical possibilities, the materials and the finish. We can then work your solution up into a clear 3D design.

Can I get advice while my home is still being built or renovated?

Accepted Answer

Certainly. It is in fact worth involving us early in the project, so we can take account of walls, floors, sockets, lighting and the other technical details that matter to the piece you choose.

Do you also work with architects and interior architects?

Yes. We work regularly with architects, interior architects, property developers and other professionals. We can supply technical information and drawings, and integrate our systems into a wider interior concept.

Do you deliver and install throughout Belgium?

Yes. Nurban Space delivers projects throughout Belgium, including Ghent, Antwerp and the Belgian coast. Projects in the Netherlands and elsewhere in Europe are open to discussion too. Get in touch to find out what is possible in your area.

Delivery time depends on the system chosen, the bespoke work, the materials and the size of the project. During the advice and quotation stage you get a clear indication of the expected production and installation period.

How do I get a tailored quotation?

After an introductory conversation we map out your space, your wishes and the finishes you have chosen. On that basis we draw up a clear, tailored proposal. For a first estimate, you are welcome to send us photos, dimensions and a floor plan.

Yes. You can request the catalogue through our website and get to know our wall beds, multifunctional furniture, compact kitchens and bespoke solutions.
